Bailey is always there to greet you with a smile and is the first person you will meet as you visit the Innovation Center. She helps keep the team organized and operating smoothly. Bailey is very creative, organized, and has a firm grasp on how much hard work goes into owning a business. Her passion for entrepreneurs and small business owners shows in everything that she does. Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs on both sides of her family, she has gained diverse first-hand experience with how many small businesses operate.
Bailey is currently working on earning her Associates degree in Business Administration at RSU.
Speaking the Language of Small Business
Cyndi has an innate skill for connecting with others and speaks the language of small business owners with clarity and precision. A previous business owner herself, she brings with her a wealth of first-hand experience in management, business development, and operations.
Cyndi serves as our Business Development Specialist where she is instrumental in serving small businesses as a part of the Rogers State University SBDC. Cyndi holds a B.S. in Marketing from Northeastern State University and serves as an active member on the Locust Grove School Board, SPICE, and Owasso Children’s Home.
Best of the Left Brainers
Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in personnel management, business development, and business operations. She started her own crude oil trucking business over 6 years ago; finding her own niche in the trucking industry and watching it develop into a successful small business.
Stephanie received a Master’s in Business Administration from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky and also holds a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Administration from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. As an undergraduate, she majored in Business Administration with a Management Concentration and received this degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Stephanie has a husband, who teaches high school in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, four children, and a stepson. She actively participates in all their sporting events and other extracurricular activities.
Marcus joined the Innovation Center in 2011. Prior to that, he performed Geographic Information Systems (GIS) work at his business and for the U. S. Forest Service. He has experience in GIS analysis, research, graphic design, photography, marketing, and business operations. His main responsibilities include GIS mapping and analysis, market research, and design and production of publications. Marcus received his Master of Interdisciplinary Studies in Spatial Analysis in the fields of geography, mathematics, and statistics from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Geography from Stephen F. Austin and has coursework in computer science and programming. In addition to his work at the Innovation Center, Marcus is involved with a local fraternal group and other non-profit organizations.
David has over 15 years of experience in market management, business development, sales, sales strategy and operations. He has owned five businesses from concept to exit strategy.
David received a Masters of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. As an undergraduate, he dual majored in Business Management and Economics and holds a Bachelors of Art in both from North Carolina State University. He is a Certified Project Manager through Stanford University. David is currently double majoring in a PHD in Learning Technologies and Master’s in Education from the University of North Texas.
David has two sons and actively participates in their school and band related events. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and the Community Corps Council. He currently serves on the Workforce Investment Board, the State Regents Economic Development Council and the Northeast Oklahoma Regional Association
