Karyn is the first smile that will greet you when you arrive. She joined the Innovation Center in 2013 and supports our staff, meets client needs, and coordinates logistics for countless projects. With a keen sense of organization, Karyn helps us turn our ideas into action by keeping the team running smoothly. She is a firm believer that patience pays off and receives deep satisfaction from taking care of our clients.
She is a graduate of Rogers State University and in addition to her responsibilities at the Innovation Center, Karyn is the mother of two and proud wife of bronze star recipient SFC Krause.

Jeri loves core strategy and appreciates solid, forward thinking business models. As a past owner of two retail businesses Jeri has a passion to support risk takers who provide economic sustainability to rural communities. She has more than 15 years of experience in business development, marketing, management, and finance. Jeri received her Masters in Business Administration from Cameron University and her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Rogers State University.
In addition to her responsibilities at the Innovation Center Jeri teaches entrepreneurial classes for the RSU School of Business and serves on the board of directors for the Claremore Chamber of Commerce, Hope Harbor Children’s Home and Northeast Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board. She lives in Claremore with her husband and two children.
David champions new businesses towards earning their first customer and dollar in revenue. After that he takes pride in helping established businesses achieve their next goal. He has over 15 years of experience in market management, business development, sales, sales strategy and operations. He has owned five businesses from concept to exit strategy.
David received a Masters of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. As an undergraduate, he dual majored in Business Management and Economics and holds a Bachelors of Art in both from North Carolina State University. He is a Certified Project Manager through Stanford University.
David has two sons and actively participates in their school and band related events. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and the Community Corps Council.
Marcus joined the Innovation Center in 2011. Prior to that, he performed Geographic Information Systems (GIS) work at his business and for the U. S. Forest Service. He has experience in GIS analysis, research, graphic design, photography, marketing, and business operations. His main responsibilities include GIS mapping and analysis, market research, and design and production of publications. Marcus received his Master of Interdisciplinary Studies in Spatial Analysis in the fields of geography, mathematics, and statistics from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Geography from Stephen F. Austin and has coursework in computer science and programming. In addition to his work at the Innovation Center, Marcus is involved with a local fraternal group and other non-profit organizations.
Brandon has a heart for people and a soft spot for quality music, conversation and simplicity. With 5+ years of progressive experience in communications he’s motivated by the products, services, and organizations he’s championed. Focusing on the exploration of new ideas Brandon approaches projects with an open mind and flexibility while staying committed to expressed goals. Brandon is a graduate of Rogers State University receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Corporate Communication.
Previously Brandon owned a professional services business and has worked with small businesses and nonprofits to utilize new media to reinforce existing marketing strategies. He has widespread experience in brand management, strategic communications, social media development and web development.
